Principal Cathodic Protection / Corrosion Engineer

SVT Engineering Consultants has a successful Corrosion and Materials group who work on significant projects in the Oil and Gas and Mining Industries. Due to continued success we are keen to strengthen our team by recruiting a Principal Cathodic Protection / Corrosion Engineer. Working within our consulting environment allows you to use your expertise with various key clients across an assortment of high profile projects within Australia and overseas.
You will be involved in client liaison, CP design supervision, project implementation, and running corrosion monitoring activities. You will also supervise and coach a small team.
In order to be successful you will have at least 12 years of experience in CP design and operation coupled with a relevant Tertiary qualification. You will also have experience in design and practical experience in the installation of CP systems. You will be a strong leader who develops excellent client relationships.

Travel both within Western Australia and interstate is a requirement of this position.
