The majority of Australasian Corrosion Association courses are now recognised by Engineers Australia in their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program.  CPD is essential to maintaining up-to-date technical skills and knowledge of processes, technology and legislation. CPD also enables you to attain and maintain your chartered status.  ACA courses are recognised under section 2 of the program “Short Courses”, and there is no limit to the number of hours an engineer can claim over a three year period for these courses. More information on the Engineers Australia CPD program is available from http://www.engineersaustralia.org.au/.
