ACA Future Leaders Forum - Sydney, 23-24th February 2012
On 23-24 February 2012, 19 young members of the ACA assembled in Sydney for what was the inaugural ACA Future Leaders Forum. The delegates were selected from across the spectrum of the corrosion industry in Australia and New Zealand.
Facilitated by Geoff Witherow of Changing Organisations, the forum was a 2 day personal development workshop aimed at improving the professional skills of the participants. All participants had the opportunity to present a short talk during the forum. One important aspect of the forum was the networking between the members, who took the opportunity to forge new relationships which will hopefully continue to grow over the coming years.
