CTC Frequently Asked Questions
Who is entitled to member registration on CTC training courses?
If you are an ACA member you may register for any CTC training course at the member rate. If you are not a member, you may either register at the non-member rate or sign up to become a member – you can sign up to become an ACA member here.
What do I need to bring to a CTC course?
This is a lecturer style course with some in class practical exercises. All resources are provided including catering. You will need good attitude and willingness to learn. This is an intensive course with a lot of mathematical and scientific content.
What are the requirements for achieving CTC certification?
Successful completion of this course and exam in person.
Your results will be forwarded to the ACA office after the exams are marked. You should then receive an email from the ACA training team advising you of the result. If satisfactory results were achieved this email will include a digital copy of your certificate.
Pls make sure you have registered with your personal email to ensure this goes to you directly.
What happens if I do not pass my CTC Exam?
If you are unsuccessful in your exam, you may decide to re-sit the exam, ideally with the next scheduled course. Otherwise proctoring and coordination fees will apply on a case-by-case basis. If a satisfactory result is not achieved the whole course will need to be repeated. You will be entitled to a 20% discount if the second course is completed within a year of the first course. otherwise, full fees apply.
