What to consider prior to requesting a private course quote
Information required to accurately quote your training requirement
1) What is the course or courses to want a quote for?
2) How many students would be in the class? See below Student Minimums and Maximum by Course.
3) If minimums are an issue would you accept external parties to make up course numbers or consider paying for empty seats?
4) Do you have a facility accommodate the training? Note below course Minimum Training Facility Requirement. If the requirements can not be accommodated, an external facility can be sourced and added to the quote.
5) To accurately quote we require the location to check logistic times and costs. Please confirm the full address of where the course is wanting to be held.
6) Who should any course equipment be addressed to for delivery ahead of the course if onsite?
7) Do you recommend a local hotel our lecturers should stay in for ease of access to the venue?
8) Is there a time frame in which the course needs to be finalized? We have a minimum lead time of 50 days and all courses are subject to resource and lecture availability. Full payment is to be made a minimum of 40days prior to the course start date. And a deposit paid to secure the course planning before that. Please note Course Durations below and consider your ideal dates.
9) For CIP1 and Craftworker courses, is there a local blast yard and paint facility that can accommodate the practical? Please provide: business name, contact name, number and address.
10) For HDG course only, Please confirm local Galvanizing Plant for site visit. Please provide: business name, contact name, number and address.
