The Australasian Corrosion Association Inc is an association incorporated in South Australia.  It is registered to use an ARBN and is registered by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

It has a Constitution and Bylaws as its primary governing documents.  The Board and the Board Subcommittees have specific charters which provide the terms of reference for their operation.

Each of the other operational groups within the overall ACA structure also have specific charters to guide their operation. These documents are available to Members below.

Feedback about the updated Bylaws

The Board approved the new version of the ACA Bylaws on 24 February 2024. The Board has reviewed the bylaws thoroughly, but if you identify any inconsistencies, have ideas for other Bylaws, or think that something doesn’t represent ACA practice or best practice, please let us know.
