Presentation Title: Stainless Steel Failures in the Field

Kingsley is a highly experienced corrosion engineer and protective coatings specialist with 15+ years across durability, asset remediation, materials, and cathodic protection. He holds degrees in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Marine Engineering, and is certified as an ACA Corrosion Technologist, NACE Level 3 Coating Inspector, Protective Coating Specialist, and Cathodic Protection Technician. An international lecturer for NACE programs, Kingsley is also a Director of the Australasian Corrosion Association and has served the ACA South Australian Committee for over 15 years.

Presentation Title: Protecting Concrete from Water & Chemical Ingress

Steven brings 36 years of leadership experience at Covestro, working at the intersection of construction coatings, durability, and sustainability. A respected industry thought leader, he has authored 60+ published articles and book chapters and regularly presents at global conferences. Steven is an MPI ACT–certified professional, a Clive Hare Top Thinker award recipient, and a long-standing advocate for STEM education, volunteering in schools for more than three decades.

Michelle is a Materials Engineer and General Manager of Mach3 Engineering (Malaysia) with 20+ years’ experience in cathodic protection and corrosion control across the Oil & Gas, Power, Water, and Marine sectors. One of the few NACE Cathodic Protection Specialists in Malaysia, Michelle has led projects across the Asia-Pacific region and served in senior leadership roles within NACE International. She is a frequent international speaker and a passionate advocate for developing the next generation of corrosion professionals.
