Each year the ACA Corrosion & Prevention conference relies on the hard work of ACA staff and the dedication of many volunteers who give up their time to help organise the event.
In order to run a successful conference many hours of hard work are carried out by our dedicated volunteers in the background that often goes unnoticed. This includes (but is not limited to) general planning, organising technical presentation streams, inviting speakers, chairing sessions and reviewing technical content.
The ACA Victorian Branch, who helped organise Corrosion & Prevention 2019, on behalf of our members and all those that attended Corrosion & Prevention 2019, would like to give a big shout-out of gratitude and thanks to all of the volunteers who contributed in some way to the amazing technical and social success of our conference and wish the ACA Western Australia branch smooth sailing with their planning for Corrosion & Prevention 2020.
“Those who can, do. Those who can do more, volunteer.”
