The Victorian Branch of the Australasian Corrosion Association (ACA), in conjunction with the Young Corrosion Group (YCG), kicked off 2024 with a spritely competition of barefoot bowls.
The social event saw young and not-quite-as-young corrosionists take to the Port Melbourne Bowls club to mingle, eat pizza, and compete for the trophy for the first time since 2018.
After some impressive competition and a lot of laughs, the Boomer’s win was set in concrete with a knockout bowl by Victorian Branch President, Wayne Neil.
A fun time was had by all and we look forward to the return of the event in 2025!
