Please consider this email as a Notice of Meeting and Invitation to attend the Special General Meeting of The Australasian Corrosion Association Incorporated.
ACA Annual General Meeting Details
To be held: 4.00pm (AEDT)
On: Sunday 9 November 2025
At: Via Zoom conference (link will be sent when you register) or in person at Marvel Stadium, Medallion Club, entry via Gate 9

Proxies must be received by the Secretary no later than midday on Friday 7 November (AEDT) to be considered valid.

The agenda provides the wording of the three special resolutions to be voted on by Members. The wording appears somewhat legalistic and convoluted. Our legal support, Kathy Nguyen, who participated in our Town Hall meeting and led this process with us, has provided this formula for us and we need to follow this wording to ensure we comply with the legislative process.
